haiku, tanka and micropoetry by gennepher

***

strokes of midnight
painting trees
a silvery moonlight

***

***

two black swans, singing memories

***

***

a sparrow
lands on buddha's head
dandelion clocks

***

***

moonlight's child
chanting midnight's poems
her sad stillness within

***

***

swallowing the dark of night
language of ravens
two hearts outside of time

***

green sea water in her eyes
her sigh of longing
overflowing
a thousand horses
race the wet sands

***

drops
of dew
ethereal necklace

***

whirling
in the wind
my mind and yours

***

***

sunbeams
weaving
forests

***

our fingertips touch
so tenderly
homecoming of longing

***

I remember
when I first saw you
a brown paper bag of blood red oranges

***

singing her children's lullaby
evening star
gathering this enchanted night

***

sun, moon and stars
the milky way
her winding road of infinity

***

twilight's silent peace
this path alone I walked
a raven flew

***

***

mysterious world
listening to the music of an unborn star
moon slowly rose over the hill

***

morning star
singing
silent prayers

***

at the sea shore's edge
salty goodbyes
grains of sand

***

deep in the forest
pan's pipes playing
your shallow breathing
***

writing
poems in the sky
the setting sun
 ***

clouds drifting
across the clear blue sky
castles up on high

***

***

ghosts of seagulls
whirring and dancing
a deserted beach

***

early morning mists, the lone boatman

***
